HELP & SERVICE INFORMATION

Clear answers. Careful follow-through.

Find the right way to reach Cinderbell, understand how enquiry and lead details support the service, and know where your project's terms are recorded.

INFORMATION USE

Details help us scope the work and deliver it responsibly.

We use what you share to respond to your enquiry and assess fit and scope. If you proceed, relevant details help Cinderbell deliver the managed service described in your quote.

01

Enquiry and scope

Your business type, goals, lead cohort, and campaign details help us understand what you want to revisit and prepare a scope for discussion. An enquiry is not a quote, booking, or confirmed service.

02

Lead files and permissions

A lead file, permission information, and opt-out records help assess the possible cohort and which channel may be appropriate. Files can be opened by authorized Cinderbell staff from your private request. Uploaded files are not legally validated; unclear or inadequate permission information means a contact is not treated as eligible for that outreach.

03

Consent-aware follow-ups

When follow-up is part of the agreed work, available permission and opt-out information guide whether a contact is eligible for text or email. Sending an enquiry or uploading a file does not start an outreach campaign.

04

Responses and appointments

Campaign guidance helps AI-assisted responses address common questions and qualify interest against the criteria you provide. Appointment booking can use your business calendar when you authorize the required access and share availability.

Share only information relevant to the request. Please do not put customer records in the general enquiry message. After your enquiry is saved, use the campaign-details step to add relevant files and permission or opt-out information. If you have already left that step, contact Cinderbell for guidance before sending additional records.

YOUR QUOTE IS PROJECT-SPECIFIC

Use the quote for scope, terms, and cancellation.

Your quote contains the scope, deliverables, timing, exclusions, charges, payment instructions, expiry, and cancellation terms for that proposal. Review the exact version before responding. When accepted, that version is recorded with your private job view.

Before accepting, use Request a change on the private quote and add a note about what you would like adjusted. After acceptance, contact Cinderbell through the enquiry form or email. If your private job page shows an active Reply to Cinderbell box, you can use that private reply path as well. Cinderbell will respond with the accepted quote as the reference for your request.

This general information does not replace the terms in your quote or add a separate fee, refund, or cancellation policy.
